Steve Eames has worked in the medical technology sector for over 23 years, in addition to other commercial sectors. He has a strong foundation in the medical field, holding a BSc Hons in the biomedical science of Physiology. He is also a CIPD qualified trainer, and has qualifications and experience in clinical practice, commercial and management/leadership.
Tenures include sales & specialist business development, marketing, strategy, commercial leadership, product and business launches with large market-leading organisations - Smith & Nephew, Karl Storz and Getinge. He has also worked on startup companies, successfully launching solutions to UK healthcare - both in a consulting capacity and employed Director level capacity.

Outside of his professional life, he is a devoted father of two girls. He enjoys watersports, time at the gym, a healthy social life and everything outdoors.
